3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS & DATA SHARING
We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We disclose minimal required information only to vetted service providers acting on our behalf for specific operational functions:
- Cloud Hosting & Backend Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform / Firebase for secure data storage, database hosting, and serverless compute operations.

Welcome to Manifest Aura. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Apphere Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and usage of the Manifest Aura mobile application, website, and associated content or services (collectively, the "Application").
By installing, accessing, browsing, or utilizing any portion of Manifest Aura, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are expressly prohibited from using the Application and must delete it from your device.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND USER ACCOUNTS
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Application. Minors between 13 and the legal age of majority must review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.
- Account Security: If account creation is required or selected, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, exhibit fraudulent activity, or disrupt operational services.
2. LICENSE GRANT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Apphere Studios grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and execute Manifest Aura solely for personal, non-commercial self-improvement purposes on authorized mobile devices.
Ownership of Content: All software code, UI designs, graphics, ambient soundscapes, affirmation text libraries, audio recordings, visual aura effects, branding, and trademarks within Manifest Aura are the exclusive property of Apphere Studios or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, or create derivative works based on any portion of the Application.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Manifest Aura may enable you to create custom affirmations, journal entries, or vision boards ("User Content").
- You retain all ownership rights and intellectual property associated with your User Content.
- You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party privacy rights, copyrights, or applicable laws, nor contain harmful, defamatory, or unlawful material.
- We reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PURCHASES, AND FINANCIAL TERMS
- In-App Purchases & Subscriptions: Manifest Aura may offer free features alongside premium auto-renewable subscription tiers ("Manifest Aura Premium"). Pricing and terms are displayed clearly prior to confirmation of purchase.
- Billing & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable frequency unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle. Account billing is managed directly through your Apple ID or Google Play Account.
- Free Trials: Any unused portion of a offered free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a premium subscription, where applicable.
- Refund Policy: All purchase transactions, cancellations, and refund requests are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store mechanisms, adhering strictly to their legal marketplace terms. Apphere Studios does not issue direct refunds for app store purchases.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
When using Manifest Aura, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Application.
- Use automated systems, scripts, bots, scrapers, or spiders to harvest data or interface with our servers.
- Bypass, disable, or tamper with digital rights management, license verification, or technical protection systems.
- Use the Application for commercial advertising, solicitation, or resale without explicit authorization from Apphere Studios.
6. MEDICAL AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Manifest Aura is designed purely for motivational, mindfulness, personal development, and entertainment purposes. The Application does NOT provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The affirmations, audio sessions, and wellness content within Manifest Aura are not intended to replace professional healthcare services. If you are experiencing mental health crises, severe distress, or clinical psychological issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
MANIFEST AURA IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
